Radial ball bearings are used in a wide variety of applications.Simple design, nondecomposable, suitable for high speeds and with modest requirements for operation and maintenance.
PF Quality offers a diverse range of radial bearings, each with distinctive technical specifications and unique mechanical applications. Single-row radial ball bearings, available in various designs, can be classified into:
Thanks to their simple, non-removable design, these bearings require no special maintenance. They are known for their robustness and the excellent performance they offer even at high speeds, making them reliable and versatile in many mechanical applications.
PF Quality's single-row radial ball bearings are characterised by their deep grooves and high oscillation, which provides a high ratio of raceway radius to ball diameter. This characteristic allows them to withstand not only radial loads, but also axial forces in both directions.

Standard Bearings
PF Quality bearings are designed without seals, in open configuration.
Bearings with Seals
The most common models are also available with integrated seals. These bearings are designed for a lifetime lubrication and are maintenance-free. The type of grease used varies depending on the size of the bearing, with 20% to 30% of the internal space being filled. It is important not to expose them to temperatures above 80 °C and not to wash them to ensure optimal operation.
Special bearings with different degrees of filling or specific lubricants can be produced on request.
These bearings can be recognised by the suffixes Z and ZZ.
The seals are made of sheet steel and feature a labyrinthine design around the outer cylindrical surface of the inner ring.
Shielded bearings are ideal for applications in which the inner ring rotates. If, however, it is the outer ring that rotates, especially at high speeds, grease leakage may occur.
Double-row deep groove ball bearings
Double-row radial ball bearings are highly recommended for applications where single-row bearings do not offer sufficient load capacity. While maintaining the same outer diameter and bore size, double-row bearings are slightly bulkier than single-row models of the 62 and 63 series, but boast a significantly higher load capacity.
These bearings are only available in the open version, without seals or protective shields.
